Ancora Associates specializes in management consulting and strategic planning for the public sector and not-for-profit organizations.  Since 1987, Ancora has executed projects and provided expertise to major municipalities, global organizations, cultural institutions, urban school districts and philanthropic foundations on several continents.  Our team works in English, Spanish and French.
